We are not brokers... We are the owners of our charter yachts and therefore can offer the lowest boat hire rates directly to our clients.
Our prices depend on a variety of factors such as the type of the sailing yacht - whether it is a bareboat charter or a skippered sailing yacht charter - the season and the duration of the sailing yacht charter, meaning that the more days you charter the yacht, the lower the rates that we offer.
Early bookings for bareboat yacht charters (as well as skippered yacht charters) allow us to quote very low rates and in addition enable our clients to choose the sailing boat most suitable to their needs. Furthermore, as we greatly appreciate our repeat clientele, they are provided with the most advantageous sailing yacht rental rates we can offer.

 PAYMENTS
A. For bookings made at least 5 months prior to the scheduled departure date, payment is made as follows:
 25% upon signing the contract
25% after a period of two months
50% four weeks before the yacht's scheduled departure date
B. For bookings made less than 5 months prior to the scheduled departure date, payment is made as follows:
50% upon signing the contract and
50% four weeks before the yacht's scheduled departure date
C. If the booking is made within four weeks prior to the scheduled departure date, the total charter fee should be paid on the day of reservation.
EXTRA CHARGES
All of our sailing boats are based on Leros Island, Dodecanese.
All boats can be delivered to any other marina in Athens (Alimos or Lavrio marina)*, Saronic Islands*, Cyclades Islands* or Dodecanese Islands.
(*) for delivery to Athens, Cyclades or Saronic Islands, a 2-week charter is required.
Otherwise, an extra cost for transportation (250 euro) shoul be applied.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
Please, be aware that bareboat chartering in the Cyclades and Dodecanese Islands can be much more demanding than the Saronic Gulf Islands. Especially the southern Aegean seas (Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Amorgos, Milos, Ios, Santorini, Astypalea, Karpathos, Kasos) and also Andros, Tinos, Samos and Ikaria seas are rather notorious for their strong winds and even more so when the Meltemi winds (7-9 beaufort) are prevailing during summer months.
So, If you feel that you have not such experience to handle the boat safely, then we suggest to hire an experienced skipper and stay away from stress, enjoying your holidays in Greece and the Greek Islands.

SAILING YACHT CHARTER TERMS
Every year our yachts are inspected by the Hellenic Register of Shipping and a new certificate of inspection is issued. Our yachts are equipped with all the safety equipment required such as life rafts, dinghies, life jackets, life belts etc. and all the essential navigation equipment as VHFs, echo sounders, log, wind instruments, barometers etc. We provide all Bareboats with clean laundry, comprehensive sea charts and Greek Waters Pilot. All yachts are delivered to the charterers clean and in excellent technical condition, with full fuel and water tanks.
All tanks have to be filled up at the expense of the charterer at the time of redelivery. According to Greek Law, an official charter agreement must be signed by both the charterer and the owner. A crew list stating the passport numbers of the members must be onboard. If the crew does not have enough sailing experience, a skipper is available for hire.
All yachts are risk insured with a deductible insurance policy. This deductible must be paid in advance as a guarantee to the owners. When a charter boat is returned without damages or lost items, the total amount of the guarantee is refunded.

CERTIFICATE FOR BAREBOAT CHARTER
One of the charterers should be experienced crew member, having aprroved sailing license, as it's required by the Port Authorities and the Insurance.

* Fully Refundable in case of no damage.
€ 600.00 - Damage-Loss Waiver guarantee applies on "skippered charter" only (not on bareboat charter) and is not refundable.

9:00 AM - The yacht should be returned to the base the afternoon before the end of the charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY
3 - 2 months prior to embarkation, 30% of the total cost of the charter is charged.
2 - 1 month prior to embarkation, 50% of the total cost of the charter is charged.
1 month or less prior to embarkation, the total cost of the charter is charged.
In any other case not mentioned above, the cancellation fee is under negotiation.
